However, the Church teachings emphasize the importance of the Eucharist and communal celebration of the Mass. The Catechism states, "The Sunday celebration of the Lord's Day and his Eucharist is at the heart of the Church's Life" (CCC2177). It is also recognized that circumstances, such as illness or physical limitations, may prevent individuals from physically attending Mass, and online Mass participation has limitations.
While watching Mass online can be a valuable spiritual resource, it is important to note that it does not replace the physical presence and active participation in the Eucharistic celebration.
